 About Us Our counseling ministers provide biblical discipleship counseling and healing prayer. We are a ministry of sincere and caring people who are called, trained and gifted by God to fulfill His Kingdom plan to help others apply His Truth to their everyday life situations and the problems that they are confronted with. Through prayer and inner healing ministry we help people to receive heart/soul healing, hope for their future, and improved relationships. Some of our ministers have received professional training and have graduate degrees. All are equipped and trained to provide biblically based and Holy Spirit led counseling ministry and teaching or training. FYI: If your issues, problems or concerns require clinical or medical attention, our staff will provide referrals to competent clinical or medical professionals. We are pastoral counselors offering biblically based counseling, are not state licensed,
and do not prescribe medication. ____________________________________________________________________ Art Stanley Pastor/Lead Trainer Pastor Arthur L. Stanley was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He, his brother, and two sisters were taught to fear and love the Lord at an early age. At breakfast on alternating Sunday mornings they were fed Exodus chapter 20 and Ephesians chapter 6 along with a healthy compliment of grits, eggs, bacon, etc. This served as some of the nourishment that kept him in those early years and that sustained him, saved him and brought him back to focus on the Lord in the later years during and after his 20 year military service. He testifies that GOD has been good to him. During his military career he served in the U.S. Army as a leadership instructor at The Ft. Hood, Texas, NCO Academy. He retired from military service in 1987 as SGT 1st Class. After retirement he experienced a time of temptations, testing and tumultuous years. Much work, school, and mistakes (sin) made those years very tough. By 1994 he felt strongly the Lord tugging at his heart, and responded by renewing his focus on to Him, to eventually, changing his educational focus to Bible College. He is currently in pursuit of further ministerial training. He tells a story that served as a defining moment in his life. One night while watching a movie, (epic Vietnam war story) he tells the story of having a visitation form GOD that was the pivotal turning point in his Christian walk. This defining moment led him to a broken heart and contrite spirit before God which has changed him and impacted his life giving him a passion to help others live their lives for Him. In recent years, he served on the Intecessory Prayer Team at Covenant Church in Carrollton, Texas where Pastor Mike Hayes’ is Senior Pastor. He also served as a Deacon at The Potters House of Dallas,Texas under Bishop TD Jakes who blessed and married him to Rosalind. Together, they served in the Counseling Ministry conducting premarital and marital counseling, leading the Marriage Enrichment Program, and serving as the Marriage Enrichment Trainers for Deacons in Training (DIT) and their wives. He was also privileged to be taught and mentored by the late Dr. Edwin Louis Cole, the Father of the Christian Men's Movement as we know it today. Dr. Cole founded the Christian Men’s Network, and authored many books instructing men in Christ Like character. This ministry has empowered and equipped him to minister into the lives of other men, often one man at a time. Christian Training Center was conceived in Pastor Arthur's spirit by the Holy Spirit in 2003. By 2004, the Lord began to confirm to him (and his wife) that it was time to step out in service to Him in the ministry that he had spoken into his heart.
Pastor Arthur states, "I am grateful to GOD for the privilege and opportunity to serve Him through CTC, and am very humbled and awed by the way He moves through us, by His Spirit, to touch other lives for His glory. I thank Him for all things, great and small!" _______________________________

Roz Stanley, MA Certified Pastoral Counselor Training Specialist, Author, Speaker Roz Stanley has near 20 years of Bible-based counseling experience. Her passion is seeing people of all ages, stages, all walks of life and all nationalities, receiving healing and walking in the freedom that Jesus made available through His death on the Cross. Her counseling specialties are adolescent girls to women, pre-marital, marriage and family counseling. Roz is a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor, a Certified Victim Chaplain, a Certified Addictions Counselor and an ordained minister. She is a graduate of Regent University, where she earned a Masters degree in Counseling. Roz has a broad range of training and experience enabling her to provide effective counseling ministry. She is also a gifted speaker and training specialist. Her gifts of compassion, counseling, and teaching have been used to bless many locally, nationally and internationally, in and beyond the church environment. Roz's personal life experiences have served as an equipping tool, enabling her to relate to many situations and struggles that those she ministers to are dealing with. The Stanley’s express as their greatest desire, “people experiencing God’s love for themselves and being taught the Word of God so they can practically apply God’s love and His Word to their everyday lives.” Both are ordained ministers through Fruit of the Spirit Ministries International under the leadership of Drs. Zin & Irma White. They provide couple counseling (pre-marriage & marriage), family counseling, Restoring the Foundations Issue Focused counseling ministry (a spiritual healing modality), discipleship counseling & groups and conduct seminars, workshops, and speaking engagements covering a variety of topics to help improve or enhance people’s lives for the glory of God! Our Spiritual Guidance:
Drs Zinerva & Irma White Jr. are natives of Florida and has been married for forty-eight (49) years. They have three children (all adults), and five grandchildren. Dr. Zin White received his advanced education from Florida A & M University and has completed his Master of Theology and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Beacon University, Institute of Ministry in Columbus, GA. In addition, he has been trained in the apostolic and prophetic ministry by completing courses on apostolic and prophetic training from Christian International Ministries Network, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
Dr.White has been in the ministry for twenty-four years. He is the former Pastor of the Tabernacle Assembly of God, Suffolk, VA, where he was Senior Pastor. Subsequently, God began to move him into the Office of an Apostle through other transitions in his life.
Dr.White is a retired Officer of the United States Army, from which he served twenty-one years. During that time, he served in Vietnam and received the Silver Star for heroism, a Soldiers medal for heroism and two Purple Hearts for wounds received in combat. As a result, he suffered from PTSD and was "supernaturally healed" by God twenty-five years ago. His story has been aired on the 700 Club for three years.
ApostleWhite is called to prepare and equip pastors, leaders and saints for the work of ministry in the Twenty-first Century. It is his desire to teach, impart and activate leaders so that the Body of Christ will impact cities and nations. Currently, through Fruit of the Spirit Ministries International, Apostolic Network, he and his wife are mentors for anumber of pastors and ministers.
Inaddition, both are involved in ministry in the marketplace with University, Business and Governmental Leaders through ZIN WHITE and ASSOCIATES. As an Adjunct Professor with the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA, Dr. White has caused an inclusion of biblical principles to be shared with Senior Executives in the marketplace, resulting in changed lives to the Glory of God. In all that they do, it is that the Lord may be glorified.
Dr. Irma White has recently published an anointed healing ministry work of poetry entitled, Heart to Heart, which is used to bring healing, laughter, hope and encouragement to many.
